Mindfulness Courses

Mindfulness is often taught in an 8 week programme format - MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) or MBCT - (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy). Taking part in an 8 week course can be the most effective way to give you what you need to learn and practice mindfulness.

Next 8 week MBSR Course Dates:

Thursday 28th September to Thursday 16th November - 6.30pm to 9.00pm - including a day of practice on Sunday 5th November - 10.00am to 3.00pm.

This course will be held at Alpha House in Bournemouth, BH3 7AN.

The cost of the course is £220 (early bird price £200 for booking forms received before 1st August).

All costs include a weekly session handbook and practice recordings.

One to One Sessions

You may prefer to learn mindfulness on a one to one basis which is something I also offer. If you would like any further information about this or discuss whether a group or one to one setting might suit you best then do get in touch.
