About Therapy

Counselling and Psychotherapy can provide a safe place to explore any issues in your life. These issues may include relationships, abuse, self esteem, depression, addictions, loss and grief, trauma, sexuality or disordered eating. These are just some examples.

Therapy can offer a unique objective relationship where you can be heard without feeling judged or being given advice. It may release blocks, provide insight into behavioural patterns or relationship dynamics or it may stimulate motivation and direction in your life.

Other reasons for seeking therapy may be more non-specific, for your on-going personal development or to raise your self-awareness.

Together we can find a way to work with your individual needs, however diverse they may be. As a therapist, I aim to act as a support and guide for the process to take place, providing a safe and confidential environment.
